Data center scripts

CSV pipeline buttons do not touch the DB. Complete sync runs complete.js against PostgreSQL — use only when intended.

CSV pipeline

Runs npm run pipeline / npm run clean on this server (needs Python venv — see PYTHON_CMD). Set env PIPELINE_USE_DOCKER=true to use Docker Compose instead.

DB sync — complete.js

Matches SYNC_THIRD_PARTY. Required CSVs depend on checked flags (e.g. units update needs projects + units files).
